If not paying with a credit card online, all deposits are to be paid within seven (7) days of making a reservation. When we receive your deposit, you will be sent a receipt reflecting your payment, balance due and due date. Reservations made after final payment deadline require full payment.
All cancellations must be in writing. A $100 per person administrative fee will be charged for trips over $4000. A $50 per person administration fee will be charged for cancelations on tours of $500-$4000. A $30 per person administration fee will be charged for cancellations on tours of $300-$499. A $15 per person fee will be charged for cancellations on tours $100-$299, $10 per person for tours $50-$99, and $5 per person for tours up to $49. There will be no refunds if cancellation occurs after the printed deadline of the tour. Final payment deadlines will be printed on your invoice or may be obtained by calling our office. If you need to make a change to your reservation such as traveler name, departure city or departure date, a $25 per person fee will also apply in addition to any fees charged by the airlines, cruise companies, charter companies, etc. Trip insurance is highly recommended. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance which will cover cancellations, medical needs, and luggage protection. Rockport Tours cannot accept the responsibility for accidents or trip cancellations for even the most unfortunate or documented reasons or the safe handling of your luggage. In the event, you are prevented from traveling because either you, your roommate, or an immediate family member suffers an injury, illness, or death your tour cost will be refunded by (name of insurance company) pending claim approval outlined in the policy. The insurance premium is non-refundable.

Additionally, while uncommon, trip interruptions or delays beyond our control may result in additional costs to you. These costs may include but are not limited to hotel nights, transfers, and meals. If you purchase insurance, these costs may be reimbursable. We strongly recommend the purchase of a personal accident, trip cancellation, and luggage insurance.
