Cancellation Fees:

$200 per person for trips over $4000

$100 per person for trips priced between $2000–$3999

Deadlines & Refunds: Final payments are due by the date stated on the trip. If no date is stated, then the final payment is due 30 days prior to travel. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the final payment is due. Deadlines are printed on your invoice or can be obtained by contacting our office. Full penalties apply after the deadline.
Reservation Changes: A $25 per person fee applies for changes such as traveler name, departure city, or date changes, in addition to any fees from airlines, cruise companies, etc.
Written Cancellations: All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and luggage protection. Rockport Tours is not responsible for trip interruptions, cancellations, or lost luggage. If you purchase trip insurance, it may cover additional costs such as hotel nights or meals due to delays.
