Your journey begins with an early arrival in Athens, where ancient history is part of everyday life. From there, you’ll set out across the Aegean, visiting places you’ve likely seen in photos but never quite believed were real, the cliffs of Santorini, the bright streets of Mykonos, and the coastal stops of Ephesus, Bodrum, and Rhodes. The scenery throughout this region is hard to beat, deep blue water, dramatic coastlines, and one view after another. It’s the kind of itinerary where having a balcony cabin really makes a difference, giving you your own space to take it all in as you sail from place to place.
Then, in the middle of the trip, something unusual happens.
On August 2, a partial solar eclipse will be visible while you’re sailing in this part of the world. It won’t get completely dark, but you’ll see the moon move across the sun, something most people don’t get to experience very often. What makes it even more interesting is where you are when it happens. In ancient times, people in this region paid close attention to the sky. An event like this would have stopped everything. People would have watched, wondered, and tried to make sense of it.
You’ll be able to look up and see it for yourself, while standing in the same part of the world where those stories began.
The rest of the trip moves at an easy pace. Time at sea gives you a chance to relax, enjoy the ship, and take a break between ports. Days ashore give you the option to explore, shop, sit by the water, or just take it all in.
It’s a simple idea, really. Great destinations, incredible views, and a rare moment in the sky you’ll likely never see in quite the same way again.

If not paying with a credit card, all deposits are to be paid within seven (7) days of making a reservation. When we receive your deposit, you will get a receipt showing your payment, balance due and when it is due. Final payments are due in our office 30 days prior to departure unless specifically noted on the itinerary. Tours $100 and less require full payment. Trips involving a ticketed event ar non-refundable. Reservations made within 30 days prior to departure require full payment.
