Exciting days and nights in Mexico's "Little Havana"

Veracruz
Explorer

8 fun days!  March 1-8, 2009

Click Here to download a printable itinerary in a PDF.

Veracruz City is called Mexico’s “Little Havana” and is the oldest port in the country.  At times Veracruz feels more like a picturesque city in Europe with its sidewalk cafes, courtyards, vendor stalls and lively music.  The city, located on the Gulf of Mexico, is also Corpus Christi’s sister city.  Here the similarities are more apparent.  It has a busy deep water port, an exciting beachwalk (Malecon) with many shops, downtown aquarium, Navy base and universities.

Please Note: A valid passport
is required.  Mexico Tourist Fee of about $23 is additional.
