Glacier National
Park is called the “Crown of the Continent”. Created in 1910, it
encompasses 1,600-sq. miles and is home to grisly bears, wolves, mountain
lions, and mountain goats. The park shares a marvelous history with
Waterton Lakes National Park in Canada. Together, they became the
world’s first International Peace Park, an UNESCO Heritage Site, in 1932.
